Hartford, CT– BDC Capital Corp. has announced the hiring of David P. Raccio as Vice President and Business Development Officer for New England Certified Development Corp., the company’s SBA 504 lending affiliate. Dave’s primary role will be to foster relationships and provide creative financial solutions for his customers. Dave will have multiple financing products to utilize such as SBA 504 loans, working capital loans, mezzanine financing, and asset based lines of credit.

He possesses both the knowledge and enthusiasm to procure and close financial transactions.”
Mr. Raccio’s previous experience includes over 15 years of lending in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. Prior to working at BDC, Dave spent two years as the Vice President of SBA 504 lending at Community Investment Corporation and before that spent 15 years with the State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development, as a senior loan officer where he focused on providing financial assistance to certain industry clusters such as aerospace manufacturers, plastics and metal manufacturers, insurance and financial services, and bioscience companies.
Dave will be located in BDC’s Hartford office and will cover all of Connecticut and western Massachusetts.
